New Australian Bureau of Statistics figures today show the state’s home builders topped the $12.7bn spend recorded in the 2019-2020 financial year, and the $12.89bn spent the year prior.

And the Housing Industry Association is projecting the billions will continue to flow until at least the end of the year.
