With architecture by MUSK Studio, a sense of the site’s history and industrial aesthetic has been retained by design elements such clerestory windows that reference the factory’s sawtooth roof lights, and exposed brickwork from the original construction.
The apartment interiors have been design by the renowned Kate Roach.
The two bedroom New York loft-style apartments are spacious, with some ceilings more than 4.6m high and oversized windows that flood the living spaces with daylight and frame surrounding views. All will have access to a shared roof terrace, BBQ and entertaining area, and are imbued with a heritage feel.
The penthouse suites sit atop the shell of the historic Soap Factory.
